NATS Unified Planning Work Program

The Unified Work Program (UWP) describes the annual transportation planning activities for the NATS region and identifies the long- and short-range transportation planning objectives. Within the UPWP there are specific activities outlining how these objectives will be achieved, the budget necessary to sustain the overall planning effort, anticipated deliverables and schedules. Specific work tasks within the UWP are reflective of items and concerns originating from transportation agencies at the federal, state, and local levels. The UWP follows a continuing, cooperative, and comprehensive (3C) transportation planning process.
