TwinCATS will be voting to reaffirm the 2040 Long Range Plan (LRP). To give time to include air quality conformity analysis, TwinCATS is delaying the adoption of the 2045 LRP. To maintain an active LRP in place the 2040 LRP needs to be reaffirmed since it will expire on June 30, 2018.

TwinCATS is also revisiting the MOU between MDOT, TwinCATS, and TCATA (see attached agenda). The MOU was presented last month but no action was taken. It will be voted on at this meeting.

There will also be TIP amendments for MDOT projects (see attached agenda).
