IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THOSE PLANNING TO ATTEND IN PERSON
Please RSVP to Brandon Kovnat (kovnatb@swmpc.org) if you are planning to attend in person.
Because the health and safety of attendees and staff is paramount, SWMPC is implementing the following safety protocols for this meeting:
- Socially distanced meeting room setup.
- Masks are required.
- Tables and surfaces will be wiped down prior to meeting.
- Hand sanitizer and masks will be available.
- Attendees agree not to attend if they have COVID-19 symptoms

Our setup allows those participating virtually and in person to clearly hear each other and see all meeting materials. We will ensure that all comments, made by those in person or attending remotely, are taken into consideration before any vote is cast.
