At the upcoming NATS meeting the committees will be voting on the following items:

  • pavement condition, bridge condition, and reliability performance targets
  • the roadway Project Prioritization System for the 2020-2023 Transportation Improvement Program
  • Berrien County Air Quality Conformity document

The performance measures/targets, and the prioritization stem are included with the attached agenda. 

The Air Quality Conformity document can be found at the filling link: 

The Air Quality document certifies that transportation projects in Berrien County will not contribute to worsening air quality.  This documents will be incorporated into the Twin Cities Area Transportation Study (TwinCATS) 2045 Long Range Plan. because the document covers all of Berrien County it is must be approved by both the NATS and the TwinCATS Committees.  The public comment period will last until the next TwinCATS meeting on November 19, 2018.
