This meeting has the following purposes:

• The review of projects in Berrien County that are programed with Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement (CMAQ) funds in FY 2024-2026.  
• The Development of a recommended project list for utilizing the Twin Cities are transportation Study’s (TwinCATS) allocation of Carbon Reduction Program (CRP) funds. This recommendation will be officially approved by the TwinCATS Policy Committee at their next regularly scheduled meeting on January 16, 2023
