The Cass County Community Park, Recreation, Open Space, and Greenway plan was updated in 2006 and will be considered current through December 31, 2011.  With the adoption of the plan by the Cass County Board of Commissioners and with the acceptance and approval of the Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR), this plan will guide the growth and development of the County's park system.  The submittal of this plan to the DNR also qualifies the County to apply for state funding to assist with the planned park improvements.
