NATS TIP Application & Amendment Form

The TIP application form, which you can download using the link above, will be used for the FY 2011-2014 call for projects.  Local road and transit agencies should submit projects for consideration for the TIP using this form.  Completed applications are due to SWMPC before or at the January 26, 2009 TAC and Policy meeting. 

Following the January TAC and Policy meeting, applications will be reviewed and prioritized by a Project Selection Committee.  The Project Selection Committe will select a list of projects to receive federal funding and make a recommendation to the TAC at the March 2009 meeting.  Any questions regarding the TIP application or the project selection process can be directed to Nick at extension 24 or Anna at extension 23.

When you have a proposed TIP amendment to bring to NATS, please complete the TIP Amendment Application.  This form has all the information needed, in a drop down menu format.  Use the drop down menus to fill in the fields.  For the fields regarding project limits, length, and description, you will be able to type your information.  Once the form is filled out, you can save a copy to your files.  Please email, mail, or fax the completed form to Nick or Anna.
