Twin Cities Area Transportation Authority (TCATA), or Benton Harbor Dial-A-Ride, is a small urban/rural transit provider that serves the City of Benton Harbor, parts of Benton Charter Township, City of St. Joseph, and St. Joseph Charter Township, and Royalton Township. As of December 2009, there are new service areas in Lincoln Township.
There are three scheduled bus routes, plus curb-to-curb service is offered for riders with a disability. The Blue Route and Green Route serve Benton Harbor and Benton Township. The Red Route serves Benton Harbor, St. Joseph, St. Joseph Charter Township, Lincoln Township, and Royalton Township.

New! Green Route Days/Hours of Operation:
M-F 8:00am - 5:00 pm
Curb-to-Curb Days/Hours of Operation:
M-F 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
SAT 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
